Inside this free online session, I will guide you through the four types of load many women carry through midlife (physical, mental, emotional and life load) so you can begin to see what your body may have been responding to.

This is not about trying harder, pushing through or adding more to your already full life.

It’s about stripping things back, understanding what you’re carrying, and finding a calmer, more realistic path forward.

Physical Load

Sleep, hormones, menopause, inflammation, pain, fatigue, weight and energy.

Mental Load

Decision fatigue, overthinking, planning, remembering, organising and always being “on.”

Emotional Load

Worry, grief, resentment, guilt, self-criticism and feeling disconnected from yourself.

Life Load

Caregiving, work pressure, relationships, time scarcity, responsibilities and always being needed.

By the end, you’ll have a clearer understanding of what you may be carrying (you might be surprised by what we uncover) and where your next step needs to begin.

HI, I'M WENDY AND I'M HERE TO HELP YOU FEEL BETTER IN YOUR BODY AGAIN.

I support women 40+ who feel exhausted, overwhelmed or out of balance to feel better in their body and life again.

With a background in healthcare, nutrition, naturopathy, menopause support, lymphatic therapy and nervous-system-aware lifestyle care, my approach is calm, practical and grounded in real life.

I’ve also lived this midlife shift myself.

Restoring my own health and losing over 20kg wasn’t about dieting harder. It was about stripping back the stress, rebuilding my foundations and learning how to support my body differently.

Now I help women do the same — without pressure, perfection or overwhelm.
