ABOUT WENDY
I’ve spent most of my life working in health care and supporting people through some of the most challenging moments of their lives.
My career began as a medic in the Royal Australian Navy, before moving into nursing and then spending nearly 3 decades working as an Advanced Life Support Paramedic. Those years on the frontline gave me a deep respect for the body, resilience, and the complex ways stress and lifestyle affect health.
Over time I became increasingly interested in prevention, long-term wellbeing, and the everyday factors that influence how people feel in their bodies. This led me to expand my training in nutrition, naturopathy, women’s health, and lifestyle medicine.
Today I combine that experience with specialised training as a Nutritionist, Naturopath, Accredited Menopause Practitioner, Lymphatic Therapist and Master NLP Practitioner, supporting women who are navigating midlife changes in their health, weight, and energy.
My approach is calm, practical, and grounded in real life.




I REBUILT MY HEALTH IN MIDLIFE
Like many women, I also experienced significant changes in my own body in midlife.
Losing over 20 kilograms and restoring my health wasn’t about pushing harder or dieting more strictly. It began with addressing stress, sleep, and daily rhythms — allowing my body to respond again.
This experience shaped the philosophy I now bring to my work.
I support women to understand what their bodies are responding to, and to create sustainable changes that support long-term health rather than short-term fixes.
Today I work with women through consultations, education, digital resources and community support, helping them restore energy, confidence and a sense of steadiness in midlife.
