With over 35 years of passionately in prehospital care and health, holistic medicine, women's health and now Lymphatic therapy. Iam honoured to bring a new look to my business including much needed lymphatic treatments to all people.
As someone who's walked the path, I understand the importance of finding solutions that work for you. With a background in both traditional and natural therapies, I'm committed to providing evidence-based solutions tailored to your unique journey.
My journey began in 1986 as a Medic in the Royal Australian Navy (RAN), followed by a career in nursing and later as a Paramedic with Ambulance Victoria. I've coordinated responses to crises, led emergency management efforts, and supported communities through some of the most challenging scenarios imaginable. Passionate about health and fascinated by new discoveries, I pursued studies in natural therapies, becoming a Naturopath, Nutritionist, Lymphatic Therapist and Menopause Practitioner.
